The BBQ Chicken dinner has been cooked at the festival for over twenty years and yes we have it perfected! Dry rubbed and slow cooked over a charcoal fire topped with our secret sauce that only the ushers know. Served with a loaded baked potato and vegetables. Dinner starts at 12:00PM.
Enjoy a few drinks with friends and family at the St. Stephen Festival while enjoying a beautiful May weekend in Michigan. There will be beer, wine and mixed drinks to help you relax while listening to some of the live entertainment that will be playing throughout the night.

There are so many other delicacies throughout the festival. An all-star hamburger booth menu with foods such as nachos, french fries, hot dogs, Italian sausage, pizza, and of course hamburgers, will definitely please that late night appetite. There is also ice cream and an entire booth dedicated for baked goods for all of the sweet tooths out there.
